Free magazine celebrates 50 years of the Red List

Terre sauvage IUCN Special Edition Cover-1The December issue of French magazine Terre Sauvage celebrates 50 years of the IUCN’s Red List of endangered species – and there’s a free English language version now available on line.

The magazine highlights the work of the IUCN’s SOS – Save Our Species initiative in supporting conservation work on the front line. It’s full of great photography and fascinating articles, including our own account of the fight to save Thailand’s Siam rosewood from rampant poaching.

If you’re into wildlife, conservation or photography, it’s well worth a look – and did we mention it’s free?

You can download a .pdf copy from the SOS- Save Our Species website, or visit the Apple App Store to get a free iPad-ready copy, by downloading the Milan Voyages Nature et Territoires newstand (look for the Terre Sauvage icon).
